When a new candidate gets appointed as Anudeshak (Instructor), then He / She is given Pay Matrix Level 6 with Pay Scale Rs. 35400-112400. This pay scale is equivalent to Pay band 2 Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200 which is equivalent to 35400-112400 pay scale in 7th pay commission.
The starting basic pay in this pay scale is Rs. 35400 per month and last basic pay is Rs. 112400 given after several years of service.
Salary Structure of Instructor in Uttar Pradesh:
- Starting basic pay: Rs. 35400 per month
- Total Salary per month: Around Rs. 58000-62000 per month
- Deductions: 10% of basic pay plus DA for National Pension Scheme + other taxes as applicable i.e. Around Rs. 5000.
- Net in Hand Anudeshak Salary in Uttar Pradesh: Around Rs. 53000-57000 monthly.
Allowances :
Allowances are calculated on basic pay i.e. Rs. 35400 (for new joining candidates) and added to it to form total salary.
- Dearness Allowance (DA): 42% of basic pay i.e. 42% of 35400 = Rs. 14868
- HRA: 27% for X category city (Metro Cities), 18% for Y category city, 9% for Z category cities.
